Ease of access

The structure and contents of www.studentenwerk-stuttgart.de have been designed to allow easy access. Sighted or non-disabled users will not notice any differences as the site meets the standards of the Web Standards Project, http://www.webstandards.org/) so as not to disadvantage any users.
At www.studentenwerk-stuttgart.de, for example, we do not require java script, which is often disabled for safety reasons. And its use represents a barrier in this respect as well.
All navigation points and pages are accessible via the hierarchical, text based menu system. All have descriptive names and the menus can be adapted in size by the user, ensuring ease of readability and usability. The site has been optimised for loading, so that even a slow internet connection will not be a barrier to access.

Use the TAB key to move around a page. Use SHIFT-TAB to choose between functions.
